Check out this helpful Tutorial by Jody Plotkin from Adobe. In this presentation, Jody walks through the features and advantages of using Universal Voice – a new feature added to Connect Pro 7.5. The presentation was made using Adobe Presenter, so all you need is an internet browswer with Flash installed.
